- Communications: Messages sent through the Platform, enquiries, reviews, and support correspondence

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, time spent on pages
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, IP address
- Location data: Approximate location based on IP address (for local search results)

Provider verification records are retained for 6 years after the account is closed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
